We have significant demand for used RS500s from several countries building new fleets – but we don’t have any! So, we have decided to offer UK owners a subsidised part-exchange deal on new RS500s – limited to five boats at this rate.
We are pleased to offer to part exchange your boat for a new one, with the heavily subsidised balance payable shown on the chart below.
Check the upgrade price next to the sail number of your RS500 – this indicates the amount you would have to pay to bring your current boat to RS at Romsey and drive away with a brand new one.

* It assumes your current boat is in good racing condition, with a minimum of one suit of competitive sails
* We reserve the right refuse this offer (or adjust the price) if your boat is damaged
* The offer is based on part exchange of an RS500 complete with a launching trolley, road trailer, top and bottom covers – all serviceable. If you do not wish to part exchange any of these accessories, that is no problem – your new boat will be supplied with the same accessories that you trade in
* The chart gives an indication of cost according to sail number – we will adjust pro-rata if your boat falls between the numbers illustrated
* The part exchange must be completed as soon as we are able to supply the new boat – with the final deadline of 30th June 2012
