What's Coming Up !
In the next couple of days the final RS 500 Euro GP event will be held in the warm and attractive Genoa, Italy. This yearly event is held because the RS-teams can heat up before the winter starts. A good final!.
This year the Dutch, Italian and British teams will compete. Because all national classes are developing it will be very interesting what the end results will be. The expected very light weather conditions will help the lighter Italian teams. Although from the Netherlands many good teams developed themselves to be part of the best ones of the class.
Of course there is a “Sky-Kigh-favorite” team: The GBR-NED-team with Jon Partridge and Hilde van Susante.
The EuroGP is being hosted by Base Nautica di Voltri in beutiful Genoa. This club has bought many RS500 so the Genoa-teams will be prepared as nobody else.
Also the RS100 class is sailing this event. Pictures and results after the weekend.
The International RS500 class is always trying to convince all European sailors by organizing stunning events at great places. Also for 2013 there will be some great events: EuroGP Carnac (May 2013), Worlds in Gottskar Sweden(1st week August 2013), UK Nationals (end of August 2013), EuroGP in Bruinisse as part of the Open Dutch Skiff Trophy, one of the biggest Skiff events in Europe, Holland (September 2013) and off course we are organizing an stunning “End of season”- event.
