Many thanks for those of you who took the time to vote on the rule change regarding the 2:1 halyard for the mainsail.
9 members (11%) voted for the change, none against, so the vote has been carried.
For information, the change is as follows:

The following rigging may be replaced. The replacement parts or equipment
may be obtained from any supplier: -
Main Halyard and halyard securing device, maximum velocity ratio 1:1'
